How to get to 1m+ monthly viewers on pinterest without using tailwind.

We all know we could sit on pinterest all day and night. It’s so fun and and so many ideas for houses, kids, crafts, food and more. Home decor ideas, organization, crafting, outfit ideas and so much more. Literally anything you want to find, you can find it on pinterest.

I was only at 11k monthly viewers at the end of January.

The question is how do I grow on it? Get more monthly viewers who see and pin my content so I get seen more?

Ok so let’s start at the beginning.

1. You want to have a high quality image as your profile picture. Also put a little bit about you so people know what they’ll find on your page. Be as detailed as possible.

2. You want to do is have a variety of boards. Self care, outfit inspo, nails, home, plants, toys, whatever your little heart desires. The more organized they are, the better. So you can do like bathroom, home office, bedroom, etc. People like organized so when they go to your page or see a pin they can find similar things.

3. Make sure to put a description under each board! This is so so important. You want it to be as detailed as possible to you’ll be more likely to show up when someone searches. So instead of just putting “outfit inspo” Put “this is where you’ll find outfit inspo for each season, clothes, scarfs, shoes, bags, etc”

******You can also use hashtags when pinning your own things, so utilize those!! They make a difference.******

4. You want to have ATLEAST 100 pins on each board. It can be overwhelming at first but don’t just pin whatever, pin your style. Stick with it. You can do new trends, that’ll keep people interested and finding you!

5. Set aside a time each DAY don’t skip a day (SO IMPORTANT) to pin. You can do 10, 20, 30 or more. It all depends on you. I loveeeee pinterest so I don’t even know how many I pin a day. I just start and can’t stop. I really focused on doing a different board each day. So instead of pinning to just one board I was getting a variety of different niches.

6. Pay attention to what people are pinning. That’s what you’ll want to pin more! That’s what people like the most! So pin more of that to get more pins!

7. Pin your own things. link to your blog, your instagram, links to products, whatever it may be. People love to shop, especially when it’s as easy as pinterest. Don’t forget to use hashtags and add links! It’s so easy!

There you have it! How I went from 1k monthly viewers to 1M monthly viewers without using tailwind.

I went from 1.1M to 4.8 and growing in just 2 weeks. Take these tips and use them!

Now that I’m growing faster, my followers are also. Which makes a huge difference! Keep trying new things, pin your house, decor, and whatever sparks your soul!
