Intentional Easter Baskets

Can you believe it’s almost Easter already? I sure can’t. I really mean that. I had to scramble to get these baskets together as I didn’t realize it was coming up so fast. Normally I load them up with sugar cause well it’s a holiday… One of my daughter’s favorites at that.

This year I wanted to be more intentional with the gifts, things they could really enjoy and get good use out of. We did a lot of outside stuff and things that wouldn’t just lay around the house the day after Easter. I did add a few candy items as well cause what’s easter without a little sugar?

I try to do the same stuff for each basket so my kids don’t fight over the baskets. Stuff in them, etc. I think I did pretty good this year. Pregnancy and trying to remember what you got does not mix. I might have just gotten the stuff yesterday, yet I still forget.

So I just reuse the same baskets and tags from last year, I really slacked and these we’re just so cute so why get new ones? I think next year I’ll get some cute wicker baskets so I can use them around the house after Easter instead of throwing them in a closet.

Ok, so onto the baskets themselves, I ordered them off world market last year and the tags I got from an IG shop called Maddi and Mase. Check them out here. As for what’s in the baskets, we went pretty simple.

Crazy to think that next year I’ll have another little to do a basket for! I’m definitely going to start being more minimal with them because 3x? It can get expensive.
