Ever since we moved into our home in January, I knew I wanted to do blog posts on each room but I also knew It would take me awhile to really find my vibe, you know? Decor has always just come so naturally to me but having an entire new house to decorate was overwhelming and exciting at the same time! Anyways, we’ve been in our house for almost 10 months now and I’m finally ready to share!
When you first walk into our house you’ll see our living room! We spend a ton of time in here because it’s the center of the house, I get my work done in here because I can watch the kids in the playroom and the other side is the kitchen, which i’ll do blog posts on those separately! It’s just perfect! I found the cutest desk at WALMART that fits perfectly into this little cubby hole in our living room! (It’s on sale grab it) Ofcourse, I have my beautiful glass frames from FRACTURE ME PRINTS (and yes we’re at target LOL) I always put a CleverMade Collapsible Tote underneath just for some extra storage since this space is tiny! It’s just perfect for me and I love all the little dainty things everywhere. Everything I need to blog/work is right here!
The next thing you’ll see is our beautiful tv stand from ameriwood home. It’s definitely one of my favorite pieces of furniture in our house. It has space for our DVD’s, plus a built in fireplace that actually heats. Plus, it has enough space on top for not only the tv, but mama can decorate it. I love decorating for the holidays so it’ll always be different but I loved my setup for fall but Halloween is my jam. I love to sip on my coffee in the morning with the fireplace burning. It’s so peaceful (unless the kids are awake amirite? ha)
On one side of my TV stand, I have a little basket to hold one of my favorite SARAH LOU knit throw blankets, my little rae dunn display, i’m not sure if this was made for the bathroom because I have a similar one in my bathroom but I LOVE IT here! I’m always switching that up as well. 
On the other side I have a simple plant that I got from Hobby Lobby (fake because i’m a plant killer) A blanket ladder from Hobby Lobby and Of Course DJ’s DOCKATOT.
This little space is one of my favorites. I love how it all comes together, especially since adding the beautiful organizer from nathan james. We have a small house so making sure we have enough storage for everything was definitely a challenge.
Finally you’ll see our gorgeous Sectional from Sofa Mania. It reclines on both sides and it’s the comfiest couch we’ve ever owned and of course it’s HUGE making movie nights that much better. I got all my beautiful pillows from all over, I actually searched for months until I found the perfect ones. I received the brown covers from woven nook, the big one that says HOME SWEET HOME is Rae Dunn. (duh) and the little pumpkin one is from Target Dollar Spot. I always keep a blanket hanging and it’s always a SARAH LOU CO. My absolute favorite, the comfiest, the owner is the sweetest AND she’s located in Arizona! We also have our beautiful coffee table from BCPRODUCTS. Our frames from Frame it easy and my cute sign from big lots.
Right behind the couch we have this cute little space to put a few decorations. Nobody really sees it so I don’t really do much here!
All in all, It’s taken us awhile but we love our home and all the tiny little touches. It makes it our HOME.
