How is it already almost Easter? So insane to me! Well if you’re looking for a perfect yet simple treat for Easter Day, you’ve found it! These simple blondies will surely be a hit with everyone! The best part? They are so easy to make and you probably already have every single ingredient in your kitchen.
I’m a baker, I do love to bake but I don’t have the time for all these extraordinary dishes like I see others creating and I’m sure you don’t either and that’s why you’re here. This dish is so beyond easy and you don’t even need a mixer. I did use one but after I realized I 100% didn’t need it!
Are you ready to dig in and devour these? I suggest making them on the morning of easter or the night before so you don’t eat them all. I almost did, then I realized well I’m pregnant so we’ll just make more. I had to test them right? Haha. We’ll blame it on that.
1 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup spring M&M’S
Pinch of salt
1 egg
I totally forgot to put the salt and sugar in the photo? (pregnancy brain maybe? Idk but don’t forget it lol)
This recipe is beyond easy to make!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla in a bowl.
Add flour, egg, pinch of salt, mix well.
Add half the cup of m&m’s
It’ll be sticky and thick! Get a 9×13 baking pan. Line it with foil and spray some nonstick spray on it!
Put the dough in pan and kinda spread it evenly
Cook 20-25 minutes. You don’t want it to be burnt or too done. You want it very soft and chewy. Like a cake pop almost!
Then I just cut them out with my bunny cookie cutter and added some sprinkles on top! (Maybe spread a little melted butter on top, not much at all to make the sprinkles stick better)
That’s it! So easy and so delicious! If you make it, be sure to tag me on IG or Fb and show me how yummy!!
Check out these sweets my peeps came up with for that special Easter Day!
