Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups Pico De Gallo' Salsa
  • 1 cup Pico De Gallo'
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cheese sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • 1. First thing you'll do is get that chicken cooking! I put my chicken (frozen) in the instant pot and pour the pico de gallo all over it. Add a little water and pressure cook for about 15 minutes.
    2. Get your cheese sauce in a pan and turn on low. 
    3. Once chicken is done cooking turn the cheese up a little bit and continue stirring as you can.
    4. Grab chicken out of instant pot and you can either shred it with a knife/fork or I throw it in my kitchen-aid and shred it that way!
    5. I mix a little bit of pico de gallo in the shredded chicken
    Once you've got your cheese all done then you are ready to grub!
