S’mores are one of my favorite things. When I was a kid, I use to go camping all the time. Almost every weekend and what I looked forward to the most was the s’mores by the fire! Absolute favorite! This really brings back those memories with something as simple as a bite!
This 4th of July S’mores pie is going to be a huge hit for your family! It’s so easy and you probably have everything you need at home already!
Let’s start with all the ingredients you’ll need!
Let’s start with the Crust!
1. So I grabbed about two packs out of the three and use almost all of the 2. I had about 2 pieces left.
2. I melted about 1/2 cup of butter
3. Crushed up the graham crackers (just put in a bag and smacked them all around LOL)
4. Then mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter.
5. Mix in about 1/2 cup of brown sugar ( I loveeee brown sugar)
6. Once that is all mixed up well, push down in pie dish. Doesn’t need to be perfect.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Grab some condensed milk and pour just a little bit of that over the crust (like about 2 tablespoons) I didn’t measure that part. just eye ball it.
2. Grab some more graham crackers and just smash them with your hands over that condensed milk. They don’t need to be crumbs.
3. Pour some chocolate chips all over.
4. Pour some mini marshmallows all over.
5. Place in oven for about 25 minutes. I love that almost burnt marshmallow taste so 25 minutes was the perfect amount of time!
6. Once it’s done take it out, place the 4th of July M&M’s on it immediately & put back in for like 5 minutes!
