What’s your favorite breakfast?

Around here we absolutely love English muffins & French toast so why not combine the two? This is such a quick and easy recipe. You probably already have the ingredients in your home. (Win!)

Let me start by sharing my absolute favorite English muffins: Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain English Muffins. These are so delicious. The best part is you can make so many things with English muffins.

These have sprouted grains in them. Did you know sprouted grains increase digestibility, antioxidants and the absorption of minerals? Food For Life is also able to achieve a more balanced pH in its products. It’s non-GMO, certified kosher and uses ZERO artificial ingredients, preservatives or refined sugars.

These are my all time favorite and once you try them, they’ll be yours also! These muffins just launched in Target and are available in the freezer section, so run and grab some!

Let’s get to the recipe. It’s so so easy! The kids can even help! If you are feeding a big family, I’d double the recipe or even triple. This uses 3 muffins split in half so it made about 3 servings!

Such an easy + delicious recipe! 100% a favorite around here. Grab some toppings and enjoy! I always pair it with some orange juice & yogurt with granola on top! Makes the perfect breakfast! Especially when it needs to be quick! I hope you enjoy! Don’t forget to grab your Food For Life English Muffins from Target!

This recipe is one of my favorites and my kids as well. The best part? They have no clue that these are muffins and they are healthy for them! I’m sure other mamas can relate to picky eaters like me. It’s so nice to have them actually love something that’s GOOD for them! They always ask for me to make that “special” French toast! Mom hack? I think yes! Let me know if you make it and how you liked it below!

Xoxo until next time, Cheyenne
