English Muffin French Toast!

This delicious breakfast combines two of my favorites and it's sure to be a hit in your house!
Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
- 3 Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain English Muffins
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
Toppings
- 6 strawberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- maple syrup
Beat the eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Dip the english muffins in the mixture (make sure to coat each side)
Melt 1 tbsp butter in pan
Place 3 muffin in pan once butter is melted and let cook for a few minutes on each side until crispy and brown
Repeat with remaining 3 muffins
Once finished grab some maple syrup, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and enjoy!
