Can you believe it’s March already? I sure can’t! I’ve been wanting all things sweet lately so since it’s march I decided to do something for the Leprechauns (and me lol) So I made this easy and delicious leprechaun bait! It’s so perfect for a snack for you. You can even make this and use my free printable and have your child/children give them to classmates at school for St. Patricks Day. It’s inexpensive and magically delicious.
You only need a few simple ingredients to make this and it takes less then 30 minutes. You can even have the kiddos join! Makes it so much fun for the entire family! I grabbed most of this stuff from my Walmart (I had to grocery shop anyways) It costs under $20 to throw this together.
This mix is filled with sweet and salty to really give you that mixture. It’s perfect for those movie nights. You can even do other themes. I tell the kids on March 16th that if we leave it out, it’ll bring the leprechaun’s to our house! They believe me and I think it’s the cutest so we stick with just leprechaun bait.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
In a large bowl combine Corn Chex, pretzels, lucky charms, lucky charms marshmallow. 1/2 cup of m&m’s, 1/4 cup mini marshmallows.
In a mediums sized bowl, add the white chocolate and vegetable oil, microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave another 20 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth. Pour the white chocolate onto the mix. Stir it up gently. Once combined transfer to prepared baking sheet and spread into one even layer. Add remaining marshmallows and m&m’s.
Allow to harden at room temperature or place in fridge until firm!
