Did you know the average American only gets half the amount of seafood he or she should consume? Based on the USDA’s recommendation to eat seafood at least 2x a week! When I make seafood, my kids have no idea it’s even seafood or it’s as healthy as seafood is. Which makes it even better. I just make seafood in place of chicken and they don’t even know the difference. They still get that protein, plus they don’t miss out on those favorite sides either.

Not only do Americans not get enough seafood in their diet but they also don’t realize how important seafood really is.

    These do NOT look like the fish sticks my mom used to give me!! These look so yummy! I’ll definitely be buying these the next time I go shopping! I think my kids, who are super picky, will try these too!
