Okay, When you first hearing about placenta encapsulation you’re probably thinking “NO WAY I’D DO THAT” Honestly it’s the best decision I made. When I had my daughter in 2013 and even my son in 2018 I suffered from PPD AND PPA. Years after I still struggled. Having a baby is such a magical thing and you should be able to really enjoy that.
