Summer has come to an end and fall is coming. The days are shorter and the temperature is cooler. It’s a tough time for kids as they have to adjust to going back to school and having that routine again. Yet, Fall is the best time & my favorite season. Why not make the change a little easier and lot funner? Who doesn’t love the cooler weather, the hot drinks, the cozy sweaters, the fall candles & the falling leaves.
Fall is so many things but it truly brings so much joy to me and many others. The changing colors of the leaves, sips of hot cider, pumpkin picking, festivals, bonfires, and so much more.
I put together a fun but simple bucket list to make it easier and the best part? It’s a free printable so you can enjoy all the fall things also. Make sure to stay so you don’t miss out on the free printable.
One of my favorite things as a kid was always having a bonfire and making s’mores. I absolutely love doing this now with my own kids, having a bonfire and enjoying s’mores with my kids as well as friends. It’s the best time and I recommend everyone has a bonfire multiple times a week. Enjoy that crackling fire and the delicious ooey gooey marshmallows with chocolate.
Another favorite is definitely decorating for fall, I am all about the decor, we love going all out but yet being simple. Even if it’s just a few things you need to definitely to spruce it up and get in the fall spirit!
I made a cute free printable as well so you can just print it off and check them as you go. Makes every thing an adventure, little or big things. Make it fun for the kids!
That’s just a few of my favorite things to do with my family for the season. It really gets you into the spirit and makes it so much fun. If you have any other ideas, feel free to comment below and let me know! I love doing all the fall things. It lights my soul!!
