Amiya is ONE! A Boho 1st Birthday Party.

Spread the love

Can you believe I’m already posting my babies 1st birthday party? Didn’t I just have her? Here we are celebrating her 1st birthday already. Ofcourse with all my babies I do the 1st birthday party the same theme as the nursery’s. My girls nursery is just the cutest boho ever so I had to do her 1st birthday boho as well and I’m so glad I did.

Although I didn’t start planning until just a few weeks ago, I think it came out so darn cute!! Now for me normally i would be planning way ahead of time, especially for 1st birthday parties but for some reason this year has just been extra crazy so i was extra late with planning. Thankfully I found most of it on Amazon so it was there pretty quick. I love how it came out even though it was so last minute. It was so fun putting it all together as well!

Boho theme seems to be pretty popular now even though it wasn’t super popular when I was pregnant so you’ve probably seen a lot of boho parties but ours was pretty unique with our house being so small. So, fitting this all into such a tiny space was a bit tricky honestly but we’ve done it for years now so I know it would look adorable. I loved it so much regardless of the space but also can’t wait to move into a bigger home now that we have our sweet little one.

We always do a party bag table with cake, cookies & whatever treats we have. Then we do another table for the food. We normally like to do finger foods so it’s easy for everyone to just grab and go.

Most of the decor i got is from Amazon being that nowhere really had the theme I wanted. It always happens that they don’t have it when I need it but they have it a few months later.. haha So, I’ll link it all below for you.

My kids and everyone who comes is normally always obsessed with the pigs in a blanket, they are always gone! So easy and so good also.

I then love to do a few charcuterie boards. One with fruits, one with crackers, cheese, ham, turkey (whatever you prefer) and then pepperoni.

I like to keep is simple so if you are like me then this would be perfect. Next year I’m planning to do a nightmare before Christmas theme so i’ll definitely do more themed foods. (yes I’m already planning her 2nd birthday theme haha)

I can’t believe we’ve made it to one year already. One whole year of Amiya, One whole year of joy, One whole year of firsts, One whole year of breastfeeding, One whole year of chaos. We are just incredibly blessed and couldn’t imagine our life without this chunk around. We had so much fun and we’re so thankful to everyone who came to celebrate our sweet girl with us. She is truly such a light.

The rest of it I DIY’D it. The shirts were made with my Cricut and the greenery on the highchair was just some I had laying around.
